Our speaker management philosophy is simple: we are here to provide our speakers with whatever they need to be successful. Our business model allows us to customize our services to fit each speaker’s individual requirements. Some of our services are provided by members of our in-house team while others are provided by allies who give us the ability to offer this broad range of services. All work is managed through the AFS main office in Sarasota, FL.

CLOSING SERVICE & LISTING SERVICE
We carefully consider all of our speakers before bringing them into our family and these speakers are no different. This is not a pay-to-be-listed service and not all interested speakers will be chosen. If you are selected, after you complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire, we will create a page for you on our website and you will be included in our eSpeakers profile. (As in the case for all of our speakers, you must be a subscriber to the eSpeakers service.)
Both the Closing Service and Listing Service are commission-only.
Speakers who choose our closing service know that they are not comfortable in discussing their fees with planners and, as a result, are leaving money on the table when negotiating their fees. Closing speakers must have our contact information on their website so that planners who visit the speaker’s website will know to contact us directly.
Our listing service is best for speakers who would like the additional exposure but who either handle inquiries themselves or they already have a team in place who handles sales activities.
In both cases, our activities are limited to working with planners/bureaus who contact us directly – either through our website in the case of listing speakers or through our website and/or the speaker’s website if they are a member of our closing service. Once we close an event, we handle all of the administrative and logistical activities for that event.

Compiling, generating and analyzing all spreadsheets and required components
