For a second year, I had the pleasure of working with the staff at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government. This year, Linda Larsen spoke during the annual event for the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Development Disabilities. Linda spoke about Customer Service, Loyalty, and Performance as well as delivering her Fired Up keynote. For a speaker like Linda who cares passionately about her audiences, DBHDD’s mission statement says it all “Leading an accountable and effective continuum of care to support Georgians with behavioral health challenges, and intellectual and developmental disabilities in a dynamic healthcare environment.” Such a wonderful group of incredibly hard-working and dedicated people doing such valuable work!
